Building on the TA 101, this 2-day training will deepen your understanding of how people can continue to make new meaning of who they are in the world. As agents of change; learn how to spot the key moments of potential development and use them to their full potential. There will be time for trying out the application of these tools and approaches with each other as well as time for self-reflection. You will learn different ways of thinking about change with your clients, as well as exploring and deepening your relationship with yourself. Participants who wish to register for this programme must have completed the official TA101. Suitable for people who work as change agents - coaches, educators, facilitators, consultants, counsellors and psychotherapists. This 12 hour course carries a TA 202 Certificate from the International Board of Certification (IBOC) - the Training and Certification wing of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). IBOC falls under the oversight of the ITAA’s VP of Professional Standards. This course also carries 12 CCE Units (core competencies) from the ICF for ICF credentialed coaches.
